Redemption Instructions
1. This card may be redeemed using the PlayStation®Store on the PS4 system, PS3, PS Vita or PC.
2. Open a Sony Network Entertainment account on PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
3. Select the PlayStation Store icon on the system’s home screen.
4. On PlayStation®Store, select ‘Redeem Codes’ at the bottom of the menu.
